I've been thinking a lot lately about what my strengths are. I have a small list. I was planning on asking you all if you could help me out a little bit.
I feel my strengths are my resourcefulness, dedication, ability/willingness to listen, ability to relate (especially to blue collared workers), and awesomeness.
Maybe 4/5.

well, i was going to say you're humble but, "awesomeness"? :-p j/k. i would add to your list that you're patient and flexible... and i agree with the 5 you picked. good self-assessment. :)
ReplyDeleteI would agree with the list and add loyalty and actualization. You have a way of making things happen...whether within or without the established rules.
